Join us for our popular Happy Hour class where we make a fun appetizer together.  This week we are featuring your choice of pork or chicken sausage cooked in a Riesling wine sauce and paired with a grainy mustard dipping sauce. There’s a recipe and option to make your own homemade mustard.  If you want to sip along with the host, her wine pairing suggestion is noted below.

Tasting notes:

The 2019 Petaluma Gap Riesling jumps from the glass with aromas of white peach, fresh pineapple, and ginger spice. On the palate the wine is bursting with flavors of apricot, pear, and wet stone. This wine is beautifully balanced with bright acidity and subtle minerality with a mouthwatering finish.
