Chicken meatballs baked with pumpkin in milk sauce.A French-inspired meatball dish cooked with caramelized onions, and smothered in a creamy Gruyere white wine cheese sauce.  The end result will be worth the little bit of extra time it takes to make these delicious meatballs.

Tasting Notes:  Elegant, fairly reticent, very mineral with flowery, vegetal undertones enlivened with a honey note. A fine, pure wine, very fat. The nature of the “terroir” favours the harmonious development of the aromas of he grapes, with nuances of hazelnuts and grilled almonds. A rich, luscious wine.
